A few tips to check before you assume your atomizer is not working.

UnScrew the battery from the Atomizer. Place the battery up to your lips and suck, if the L.E.D. light illuminates at the end of the battery when you suck on the opposite end then chances are the battery is ok and you may need to replace the atomizer.

Always put a brand new Replacement Cartridge/Filter on the Ecigarette when it is assembled and retry to puff on the Ecig.  Sometimes you may open a filter out of the package and it could be a dry filter, So we always encourage trying at least two new filters on the ecig before determining that the atomizer is faulty.
